Announcement

After years of total dedication to the bloodhound breed, and after breeding our last litter in 2007 we have decided to curtail our breeding program and are no longer breeding bloodhounds.  We have left the general bloodhound information on our website, and as always, will be available for consultation for all your bloodhound questions.  Feel free to email with your requests and we will provide accurate and honest information.

Our Qualifications

Jack Shuler has been involved with bloodhounds for over 35 years. Jack has served as a trailing instructor for the National Police Bloodhound Association, Virginia Bloodhound SAR, and Extreme K-9, as well as operating his own successful trailing training business.

• Remote collar trainer
• Certified Instructor--Illinois Law Enforcement Training & Standards Board in the following disciplines:
       -Remote Collar Training for K-9 Reliability
       -Police K-9 Unit Tactical Operations
• Author, international lecturer, instructor, and trainer of mantrailing bloodhounds, as well as other breeds
• State of Illinois Certified Teacher
• Professional trainer/handler of mantrailing bloodhounds and has trained and utilized ten (10) personal hounds for use as Mantrailing K-9’s in law enforcement for 32 years
• Retired law enforcement officer
• Former mantrailing trial judge for the American Bloodhound Club, having judged trailing trials ranging from local events in the U.S. and in Europe, through National Specialty Events in the U.S. from 1991--1999.

We took pride in producing top quality bloodhounds for trailing, show or pets, as well as being a leading provider of trailing training.
